Windpants on Thanksgiving

So it’s that time of the year again. Thanksgiving is next week. My girlfriend and I are hosting again. I’ve already decided I’m wearing windpants again. I also know my twat brother in law is going to give me **** for wearing windpants again. I have two pairs that I’m picking between. The first pair is my black Nike pair. They’re kinda big and have a fantastic swish. The other pair are my classic Adidas. They’re a bit more form fitting but still have a nice swish. Which ones would you guys wear if you were me?

It would depend on how much louder the nike were. I love adidas but the swish is great so I usually go with whatever is louder

Idk it would be a hard decision I really like the way the Nikes look and if they’re louder I’d probably go for those ones

When I was 11 I would wear my shiny black Adidas swishy nylon ones to my grandmas for Thanksgiving every year! They would drive her nuts because they swished so loud. She said if I come again wearing them she was going to get out her scissors and cut them up.

Have your other half wear the pair you don’t, that will really drive him nuts. And it will just make for a fun time later😏! Maybe share the outcome later and some couples pictures? 😁

Love those Nike ones and second the idea of you both wearing them. The more people wearing windpants the more annoyed he’ll get, but also less of an argument he can make if they’re popular enough for TWO people to have worn them, ha!

And it’s the two people that are hosting no less. That hasn’t stopped him from saying something before. He did last year. Ohhhh if I could get my sister (his wife) to join in it would be perfect

How possible do you think it is to get your sister to wear them? It seems difficult. If you tell her beforehand that it’s casual dress and you’re going to wear windpants, she might just go for jeans or something. Plus your brother in law would pressure her to not wear them. Unless she’s in on doing it specifically to annoy him lol

The only things I could think of would be either planning a backyard football game so people bring sportswear/you can lend people sportswear, or if someone accidentally spills something you could offer them windpants as clean clothes to wear.
