It's some NYLKO brand. They are not filled. I bought them on eBay. Filled warm pants like that would be great.

Nylko offer various kinds of clothes... Also lined and insulated.

Great. The material is very pleasant. I will have to see if they have an e-shop. There was no problem with eBay.
