It's not that hard. I generate an image using Perchance (free and unlimited, but not the highest quality) with whatever prompts I want, then load the image into an image to video generator and give it a simple prompt eg 'she is talking, excited'. Currently I've worked out how to use a series of VPNs to trick sites into giving me lots of free video samples
