The sleeves of her tracksuit are sewn to the jacket. In tracksuits (shellsuits, windsuits) of the 80s and 90s (in the former USSR this clothing was popular in the 90s) the sleeves of the jacket were one piece with the jacket itself. They were not sewn on. The jacket was simply sewn with a seam along the sides. The seam went on both sides of the sleeves. In the former USSR this cut was called "Bat".
