Why is it really hard to find shiny nylon pants in any stores and if I do find it it’s usually the new nylon material. Which I hate and it’s not shiny or smooth. I have had luck but it’s very rare to come across new shiny nylon pants in like a Franchise like rose,tj max etc. I know you can find older shiny nylon pants in thrift stores but they don’t always have the slippery and shiny ones.

I agree I have been looking for some new adidas pants and the ones in store are pretty terrible, i resorted to using Depop in the end

I noticed that too. I was in dicks sporting goods and marshalls today and I saw some Adidas “nylon” pants. They weren’t shiny and super rough to the touch. Not sexy at all. What’s crazy is I have three polyester pairs and they look and feel more like nylon than some of the newer “nylon” ones. If you live in the United States, it might be worth a shot to try out Bobs. They have sondico nylon rain pants. They actually look and feel like the slippery nylon pants that we know and love around here. You can get lucky every now and again at Burlington Coat Factory as well.

Depop can sometimes have new pairs with tags but you have to dig really deep to find them.

Yeah please post. I hit a dead end at burlington today. And tj maxx. Marshalls had good rain pants from adidas, albeit 3 sizes to big (and I got a thick booty hehe) If you like the old really crinkly looking ones, I found a champion pair in JC Penney. I didnt buy them but I’m considering it.

Yeah that’s why it’s hard to find nylon pants for me I usually wear a small or medium. I seen a couple of shiny nylon pants I wanted to get but they were a large or xl . I like them well fit and not to baggy.

Yeah too baggy is never good. They look like trash bags when they’re too baggy. There was one time and one time only when it looked good, that was on an instagram model. I saw it on a pinterest board. She really nailed the 90s baggy Aaliyah inspired look.

Okay sounds good. Yeah it’s hard to find well fitted nylon pants for me because I am short and even when I get the nylon pants they are still a little baggy and long. I hate when they are long and they drag.

Yeah when they drag they get frayed and lose the signature sound. A little baggy isn’t too bad because you just roll the waistband and then you’re good to go. I just posted the pic by the way

Oh nice nice I just saw it. She does look really good in thoses baggy nylon pants. I like when nylon have the cuff part of the pants so they won’t drag and it’s hard to find thoses as they I have found a few but they were pricey.

The only thing I don’t like about those is that sometimes they puff out and I look like a marshmallow

Lol they do actually. I have a couple of nylon pants with cuffs and every time I put the on they puffy because of the air inside the pants. Kind of like a air balloon lol.

Yea, it would be nice if adidas sold the same windpants and suits in the US that they sell in Russia, but I guess it's all based on social norms and what people will buy. Maybe some of us need to go out on social media and be trend setters--go get over your fetish shame and model in those shiny nylon pants and put it on Instagram. (I would, but I don't quite have the body for it--perhaps my shame might be in other areas. 😂)
