Hi all, I just discovered this instagram account that seems to have opened recently (not mine by the way). It's all AI creations but I think it's really pretty interesting. Apart from what we're all interested in, there's a strong contrast with the luxury, attitude and environment aspects... which makes our subject within the reach of any fashion blogger I think. Let's see where it goes in the next couple of weeks.

It is cool. I would like to share my my discoveries in this topic. And I would like to share my own works in this topic.

Thanx for raising this issue!

My channel at DeviantArt:

Also good channels of cool shiny sportwear artists:

And more in my favorites and list of wathing:

Upd. I created group at the DeviantArt for promotion of shiny nylon. Since there is a discussion that publishing AI images here is spam, then the images can be published on DeviantArt. There it will not be spam, because the site is created for publishing digital art.

Guys. I am offering a challenge to draw celebrities in shiny nylon tracksuits by AI.

Find a video of any celebrity you like and draw them in a shiny nylon tracksuit. It is important to save face. Please work not only with neural networks, but also with layers in a graphics editor.

I started with Selena Gomez and Alice Merton:

Please draw celebrites that you like. Yes, you need to change them clothes to shiny nylon by AI and graphics editor. It is very important not to change the faces of celebrities.

I'm not sure creating celebrities in AI is a good idea, this is banned on other sites and could get us into trouble.

I did a bit of research on the subject of legal issues and the situation is as follows: you are allowed to create and publish pictures of celebrities, but they must not be portrayed in an unworthy or patronizing manner. It is important to note that even non-real characters may have a trademark, which means that they may not be shown publicly without permission (e.g. Mickey Mouse, Superman). If profit is to be made with such images or videos, at least the author's permission is required.

Okay. I depicted them in sportswear. Is that somehow degrading? We don't live in Saudi Arabia, and women are not expected to adhere to a religious dress code. Sportswear is simply not banned anywhere in the world except in fundamentalist countries. And sportwear is not degrading to human dignity.

There is another, shall we say, 'special interest' forum I am a member of, and the rules specifically say no celebrity likenesses.
Ok. Here a little bit another laws and until recently, there was anarchy here on the internet. First of all, in terms of copyrighting.

Also people here don't understand what copyright is and it's a legacy... of the Eastern Bloc. I mean such mind of people.

There were very many web piracy here.

I wrote it, didn't I?

I would think it should be enough to just think about it.

1. legal disputes in this topic would therefore be civil law, i.e. person xy sues the author personally.

2. what disparaging means should still be possible, right?
Do I really need to explain this in detail...? I don't think so.

Ok. I just will not post AI changed pics of celebrities. I think it will be better.

I don't want to create risks for the site.

Upd. By the way, it's less work for me. I can keep the AI-generated faces that are different from the faces in the original photo.

I am sorry I was wrong to when I suggested this. So I am sorry!!!
